Build Church Africa is faith based organization that was started in 2022 as an NGO for the New Apostolic Church in kyangwali Uganda by Deacon Bienvenu Byamungu who was forced to flee his home country in 1996 when he was only 6 years old, and crossed the border into Uganda where he stayed until he resided in Europe, Norway in October 2019.

In 2025, We officially registered in the United States as a nonprofit entity with the Employer Identification Number (EIN): 39-3934719. This registration affirms our commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity in all our operations and financial stewardship.

BCA was established to strengthen the body of Christ by building churches, distributing free Bibles, and supporting local congregations with essential resources such as furniture, musical instruments, and food for the needy. Beyond physical structures, BCA seeks to build spiritual foundations, empowering pastors and believers to share the message of faith, hope, and love across Uganda and Africa.

In His parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus Christ made it very clear: helping those in need is a commandment of the gospel and thus a fundamental requirement of Christian ethics. This is a call addressed to every believer and to the Church as a whole.
